Error Code 12- Failure of Connection between controller and Panel

Check for:

• Broken cords between heater and Panel
• Squeezed cords
• Check interconnector by plug/unplug the unit
• Any other obvious root cause like heat damage or similar

Error Code 11-Failure of cover sensor

Check the plug and Control panel for:

• Bad connection
• Moist
• Mechanical damage.

Error Code 9- Failure of Intake Air Sensor

  The sensor might have been dislocated when mounting the heater. Remove the casing and push the sensor and connector. Start heater again. If error code is still in place contact us HERE for a replacement sensor.

 

Error Code 8-Failure of Second Start

Measure the voltage over the connection to the heater when starting up the heater. If it is >12V then below are the most likely causes. If not check the wiring and voltage. Suggested actions:

• Check intake air for blocking.
• Check exhaust for blocking.
• Remove fuel pipe at OUT end of fuel pump. Let excess fuel drip out of heater. Suck in the pipe with mouth. Blow. Repeat 10 times. Bleed the system to remove air. Remount fuel line. See pictures below of possible reason(build up of residue of diesel)
• Check wiring for damage
• Check flame in combustion chamber.

Error Code 7-Ignitor/Glow Plug Failure

In many cases this is due to need of service and replacement of Glow Plug. However below might help:

• Remove casing of main heater
• Check for damaged cords.
• Check wiring from battery/panel/heater for damage
• Check voltage. Must be >12V

Error Code 5- Flame Extinguishing

Try the below:

• The fuel line is squeezed or bent. Gently fix with tweezers.
• The fuel pump is incorrectly mounted.
• No fuel. Fill up with fuel.
• Air in the system. Bleed the system by removing fuel line at heater-then press down Manual button and with fast repetition of knob button until pump starts. When no air put back diesel line in heater.
• Bad diesel. Replace Diesel.

Error Code 3-Fuel Pump Failure

Suggested

• Check wiring to fuel pump.
• Check that fuel pump is mounted according to Manual. Manual can
• Remove fuel line from heater. Push manual button until heater tries to start. Press temperature controller knob fast until pump tries to start.
• Check voltage. Must be >12V
• Check for damage on Shell of pump.
• Check for damage on exit of fuel pump cord from main heater body.

Error Code 2- Motor Failure

Suggested actions:

• Check Connections to and inbetween battery/panel/heater.
• Check voltage during startup phaze. Must be >12V
• Is motor not running at all? Remove cover and check wiring.
• Check for damaged or squeezed wires

Error Code 1- Power Failure

Suggested actions: Measure the voltage over the connection to the heater when starting up the heater. If it is <12V then these are the most likely causes:

• Battery is not charged. Charge the battery.
• The connection is bad. Check connection between heaters cable and feeder cable.
• The cable to the battery does not have enough mm2 area. Change to cable that has sufficient area.
